About Detox Juice (and YOUR INTESTINES)

Okay, so it's been a while since I properly type onto this blog and not just randomly post irrelevant things. Ok, so here we go...

I'm not sure if any of you guys remembered but I once made a post, promoting someone's version of detox juice. Anyway, if you want to find said detox juice, just Google 'PrincessYanti Jus Detoks'.

So rumors have been going around that detox juice plays a part in dieting. Now I'm not a professional nutritionist but I did a little research about diets revolving around detox juice and so far I've only got one that requires the person to eat fruits for a whole week.

I haven't tried it yet, nor do I plan to. But today, I'm trying to focus on just detox juice. Supposedly, detox juices are suppose to clean your intestines and make you go to the toilet everyday.

Well, here's a little advice; you CAN take detox juice to clean your intestines, but there's a much much more effective method (for me that is). Let's go back to the basics: fruits and vegetables.

Compared to detox juices, fruits and vegetables are better choices. The fruits that I recommend would be ones that tastes sour (idk it just works, I lack the required knowledge to explain it in detail). Good examples would be oranges, lemons, green apples, etc. But my teacher told me that papaya (betik) also works.

But the best choice would be vegetables, especially the green ones. I can't give any good examples here because I don't eat much vegetables but the first thing that popped into my head is spinach. Spinach is very good because it has protein and iron (this is the only lesson I remembered from my past science teacher).

Also today in Biology, my teacher told the whole class that olive oil and habbatus saudah is super super good for you. If I remember all her words, I could practically write an essay about just those two things.

In conclusion, there is more than one way to clean your intestines/get rid of toxic/toxins. Said ways are by taking either fruits, vegetables, olive oil or habbatus saudah.

tbh, I made this post because detox juice didn't show much result for me compared to fruits.

Lawatan ke Sarawak n Brunei

Ok... so most of my friends know that I went to Sarawak and Brunei with a few of my schoolmates along with some teachers.

But this post is not about what I learned at Brunei or Sarawak. If it is, it's gonna be along post. Instead, this post is about what I learned from the other girl schoolmates.

As always, most of them like to take selfies. No surprise there. But this is going to centre mostly on their eating habits.

Let's just say, I noticed how they can't finish their rice. In fact, half is enough to make them feel full. That's probably the reason why they are so skinny. Also, if they didn't finish their food, they'd turn it into a takeaway. Later, they'll eat it in their hotel suites.

When we were eating at Marrybrown, a girl and I didn't finish our drinks because they're carbonated drinks and that's just not how we roll. So, another girl gave them to the next table.

It kinda surprised me, because most drinks that I don't finish, I just leave them on the table. And the takeaway part, I never knew about it because I mostly finish what I order at the restaurant or pretty much leave it there if I'm too full.

This might not surprise you people but it does to me. In case you find it weird for me to post about this, keep in mind that I'm somewhat socially impaired and not accustomed to typical human habits. So this was like a new discovery for me.

So meh...
