- Run (bagus utk jantung n very berguna klw dikejar, etc)
- Lift weights (latih lengan utk biasakan diri dgn brg berat so u gais can berlagak sado depan jantan)
- Squat (amat wajib sbb nk dpt BOOTY yg osemm)
